Holidays and Giving Thanks

As we celebrate the holidays and consider that for which we are thankful, it can be a challenge to drum up a long list when migraine can make life so challenging. That said, it can be a healthy exercise to be conscious of what we are grateful for despite and sometimes because of migraine.
