My Most Random Migraine Trigger

I thought I was doing great with managing migraines… famous last words before the next strikes, right?

What was triggering my migraine?

Well, this time I was stumped for the trigger. I knew it was tension related so I got an appointment for a physical adjustment from my osteopathic doctor. She asked what I was doing differently throughout my day that was creating such tension in my neck and shoulder.

What's causing my neck tension?

After much confusion and fully convinced that nothing had changed in my environment, I had a light bulb moment – literally! It’s was the floor lamp that I was lifting multiple times throughout my day without my thought that was building up tension in my neck, ultimately triggering a headache.
