Taking a break

That’s why I needed a break. Of course, the reality isn’t so simple, but what is simple is taking a few intentional, mindful breaths throughout the day that bring me to the present moment. Focus on this moment – not the disease. Don’t underestimate the power of a single breath when practiced consistently.
