Cheers to 2020
I’m not a big fan of New Year’s resolutions. I get it, it’s a new beginning, and who doesn’t love a fresh start? However, I find them to be very short-lived. So, I just try to take a moment to review my previous year – what went well, what didn’t – and decide SIMPLE habits that I want to be super consistent within the new year.
Focusing on one goal at a time
This year, that habit is staying well hydrated. I know, staying hydrated is really going to be a game-changer for me this year? Actually, yes. As I look back on 2019, when I was consistent with my water intake, so many aspects of my health fell into place – energy, digestion, elimination, even fewer migraines.
So, this year as basic as it may be, I’m focusing on drinking half my body weight in ounces of water. Every. Single. Day.
