On-the-Go Blender

I love my morning smoothie! It has become a staple in my morning routine because it helps me stay consistent with a diet that helps me to best manage migraines. Breakfast can be one of the most challenging meals to avoid common triggers like gluten, dairy, and eggs, but a smoothie is an easy swap! So, as I think about upcoming travels, I wonder how I can still get my smoothie. It was around that time that I found a portable blender that a friend had given me awhile back, but I never used.
