Planning for a Migraine-Free Wedding

My fiancé and I got engaged earlier this year and quickly got thrown into the wedding planning process. I realized quickly that if I wasn’t careful the stress of this year could be a perfect storm for migraines on some of the most important days of my life.

I decided to be super proactive with planning – getting as much done as early as possible and not overthink minor details. It supports me in minimizing stress and cushions our timeline for the inevitable unexpected things that will pop up before the wedding. (Did I mention we’re getting married January 4 – immediately after the holiday season? Yup, we need to cushion time as much as possible.)
