Alleviating Muscular Tension When Carrying My Baby
Muscular tension is a big migraine trigger for me. Now that I have a growing baby on my hands – literally and figuratively – I have to be extra mindful of my posture. I also welcome any support that can help take the weight off my neck and shoulders.

So, when I saw this baby belt, it piqued my interest. I wasn’t sure if it was going to be all hype or if it would live up to my expectations.
As soon as it arrived, I strapped it around my waist and picked up my baby.
