Alleviating Muscular Tension When Carrying My Baby

Muscular tension is a big migraine trigger for me. Now that I have a growing baby on my hands – literally and figuratively – I have to be extra mindful of my posture. I also welcome any support that can help take the weight off my neck and shoulders.
