Another trigger which sent me to bed for 2 days

I am Jewish and I keep Kosher. Anyway, I went to the Kosher store to get a piece of baked salmon and I noticed that they had vegetable lo mein. I saw that it did NOT have red peppers but only pasta, peas, and string beans, so I ordered a pound. I had it for lunch and at about 5 in the evening, I started to feel a migraine coming on. I was hungry so I had another dish of the lo mein. It tasted really good but I came down with a severe migraine for 2 days and I figured that they must have cooked the pasta in soy sauce because that was all that I ate and the pasta was brown in color. Another item I put on my not to eat menu.

  1. Hi
I'm so sorry that vegetable lo mein trigger a nasty attack, that's frustrating. Remind me if you've tried an elimination diet? Many find this to be helpful, although I've not tried it. Some hope is our trigger can change over time so many in the future you won't be impacted by this?!
