Does anyone else cheat?

Many of us live on a regimented diet. I don't eat anything that will cause a major attack. But every now and then I need to go to Subway for a Coldcut Trio. I know it will bring on a bit of a migraine but somehow I don't care. Did this recently, and it tasted sooo good. Anyone else cheat? If you do, what can you get away with? Something that won't bring on a full fledge attack.

    I was just talking about this with my doctor at my last appointment! For those of us with food triggers, life can be repetitive. If haven't had a good night's sleep, or am dehydrated, and a storm is on the way I may not cheat. However, if everything seems to be under control (I say that with a wink!) I may go ahead and indulge. It's hard to be the perfect patient all the time, sometimes we have to do what we have to do!!

    For me my cheat would be something sweet with gluten!! Too much gluten for me seems to make everything worse, so I avoid it most of the time.

      Sometimes my system says what the hay. Let someone know I am giving myself a migraine, but don’t care. I am more creative with spices,,, because of the allergies. I now how to eat a vegan and macrobiotic diet. But sometimes I want things that are not so good for me.
      For the rest of the community, what is a safe cheat? Some foods safer then others? Curious.
