Has anyone (esp. in NYS) tried Medical Marijuana?

Yes. I'm currently using cannabis for chronic pain. I use both a tincture (at night) and vape for breakthrough pain. It's been very helpful.

The recommendations is 20:1 tincture, and 1:1 vape. The doctor recommends that dosing.

Is the 20:1 tincture C:T or T:C? My Dr. has left it open-ended to find what works for me, but I find it hard to pinpoint, it seems to vary....

1:1 THC:CBD tincture
20:1 THC: CBD vaporizer
