Anyone been told to reduce the amount of tyramine in your diet?

Hi all, has anyone else been recommended to reduce the amount of tyramine in your diet? If so, What results did you get?

    Thank you for your question. Tyramine can be a strong migraine trigger for some people. Foods that contain tyramine include soy products, aged cheeses, smoked or cured meats and others.

    I've not tried this, but know others who have with good results. Hopefully others will be along shortly to share their experiences with you.
