I believe Midrin was taken off the market by manufacturers in 2018 due to one of the compounds in the drug called isometheptene mucate. I don't know if you may still find it available in Canada or another area outside the US. You may have some luck getting it compounded at a private pharmacy if you are lucky, but it is on the FDA do not compound list. I know it is an old medicine and it did work well for many people. You may have to seek out a similar alternative. Your doctor or pharmacist can probably advise you on what that might be. Warmly, Cheryl migraine.com team

Hi ,
Thank you for your question. I did use Midrin back in the day, but as Cheryl mentioned it has been discontinued. I'll share the information we have here; https://migraine.com/search?s=Midrin.
I have to say this worked wonders for me. I am currently using sumatriptan nasal spray that works well too!

Thank you for sharing this with us. Some do find caffeine beneficial, for others not so much. Do you get relief from it?
