    1. Hi there! thanks so much for reaching out to connect on this important topic. We've got a lot of folks in our community who are living with and managing chronic migraine (myself included). Here are some articles on the topic written by our contributors and community members (always be sure to look at the community comments that follow as there is such valuable feedback, information and support in that section): https://migraine.com/living-migraine/chronic-daily-life. https://migraine.com/stories/there-is-help-for-the-chronic-daily-headache-sufferer. And here's a link to our library on the topic: https://migraine.com/search?s=chronic%20daily%20.
Are you working with a migraine specialist? We can send you a list of doctors who have been especially trained in migraine in your area if you are looking. We do encourage folks who are living with chronic migraine to be followed by a specialist as migraine is a complex neurological condition. If you are interested in talking about treatment regimens we can do that too. There are a lot of new kinds of approaches these days. I'm not sure if you've heard of the class of preventative and rescue drugs called CGRPs but they have helped a lot of people. There is also Botox (a preventative injectable drug) and triptans (a class of rescue medications) that might be worth exploring if you haven't already tried them. Happy to send you information on any of these if you'd like. Very glad you reached out and to have you as a part of our community. Warmly, Holly (migraine.com team).

      1. I have been living with chronic daily migraine for over 50 years. My migraine started when I was 7 years old. You are not alone and this community is a great support and help to me.

We are grateful to have you here as you clearly have had quite a journey with migraine (similar to mine- I'm also 50 and have been living with migraine since 5 years old). You have earned a lot of wisdom along the way and we are eager to learn from you. Warmly, Holly (migraine.com team).

      2. Migraines started at 9 years old, 63 now (54 years), every day since age 21 for 32 years.
