Hello recently diagnosed with this , anyone here with some good tips?

    1. Hi there. My heart goes out to you. Cluster headaches are so tough to manage but you are not alone! There is a lot of support out there.

      In addition to the great articles Alene sent you, I want to add one more for now, about using oxygen as cluster headache therapy. It is one of the best known ways to manage cluster cycles.
