Foods I eat with migraine.

I find a little mashed potatoe or boiled, helps me eat and settle my stomach, as have to eat something when having a migraine. Plenty of water too, but nothing too acidic to drink. I have small sips of coffee or tea during an attack. Chicken soup with noodles or rice is also very comforting.
My neck, and thoracic spine, knot and spasm when I am anxious, causing my migraines. I suffer with depression, anxiety and stress.
I take anti depressants, Paroxotine 1 a day 20mg but have just started taking magnesium citrate and have to say after 3 weeks am feeling, stronger, more positive and exercising a little. I also have Fibromyalgia
and a slightly underactive thyroid gland.
I am new to this site, so forgive me if I,m overloading my story on you all. I,m also old and a technophobe, so please excuse me if I have done anything wrong. I have suffered with migraines and FM for just over 30 years. I will never stop trying to find things that help, and if I do would like to share with other sufferers. Thank a You.
