Thank you for your question. As much as I wish I was able to tell you what's going on, only a qualified doctor can do that. If you're not getting answers from your doctor, it may be time to see one who is more educated in migraine and headache disorders.
Having said that, it is possible to have numbness and tingling with migraine attacks, but this typically resolves when the attack is over. This is called sensory aura and you can read more about that here; https://migraine.com/migraine-symptoms/aura/.
