Is tinnitus a symptom ?

I have been a migraine sufferers for 45 years since I was 10 years old. Over the years I had experienced occasional low level tinnitus. In the last 3 months it has been everyday causing disruption. The audiologist is not sure if it is related to migraine. If there is anyone else who has this I would value some feedback on techniques which might help. Thanks

    1. We have seen so many people here discuss tinnitus as part of their migraine experience. It can also be a side effect of some migraine medications. In any case, you have done the right thing by alerting your doctor to the change right away. It's pretty common for migraine symptoms to change from time to time, so I would also encourage you to loop your neurologist or migraine doctor into the conversation as well. We're here for you if you have more questions! -Melissa, migraine team
