Hi there- thanks so much for your question. Perhaps someone from the community will chime in with experience with either the Institute or one of the treatments of which you speak. We encourage folks with migraine to pursue treatment with doctors who are migraine specialists- this means they have gained specialized training on the complex neurological condition that is migraine. You might just try to see if you can verify that the staff at that practice have doctors who are migraine specialists. Here is a link to migraine specialists in the US: https://migraine.com/blog/the-mrf-directory-of-headache-and-migraine-specialists
Hydrodissection is not an approach about which we have any information- so it's not a well-known treatment for migraine. We have only one article about laser treatments- so again, that's not a well-known approach- here's what we have on that: https://migraine.com/forums/laser-treatment
Have you tried Botox and the CGRP treatments yet? There are nerve blocks that can be tried, but this is different from hydrodissection: https://migraine.com/search?s=nerve%20block
Hope this information proves useful. We are here to provide information and support anytime. Please stay in touch! Warmly- Holly (migraine.com team)
