I've read much about Theraspecs, but they are beyond my budget.
I did find helpful glasses for $15 and wanted to pass the information along.
HD Special Ops Blue Light Blocking Glasses
I found them at a local retailer.
While more function than fashion, I find themvery helpful in indoor public spaces and while watching tv with family.
I've was light sensitive before Migraine and with Migraine, lights can be a trigger.
I was wearing sunglasses indoors (awkward! and diminishes my oen ability to see) and adjusting the tv settings to onea my family was bothered by.
While these glasses offer only trigger reduction for me (I still need total dark during am attack), I find them very helpful for everyday wear.
I am now motivated to invest in something higher quality and fashionable when I become able.
In the meantime, I am very grateful to have found these specs.
