I have a question about how to have a better outcome for driving a couple states next door to see my friend in a couple months. The last time I visited I had a migraine the whole time and wasn't much fun to show around town. I am kinda nervous about scheduling it and following thru with going. I have more tools to keep myself on track like: keep stress level down, eat foods without triggers, stay on sleep schedule and bring own pillows/blankets that smell like me. When I drove alone last time I woke up early (before daylight and not my usual wake up time) and then drove all day eating fast food and junk along the way. I haven't confirmed yet or taken time off work yet because I am seeing if I can have more than one week of what I call "green light days".
