Hello,
Over the past several weeks I have noticed a change in the duration some of my attacks. For the most part, most of my attacks have lasted from 45-90 minutes. Now some of the attacks last less than 15 minutes and a some now last 2 to 5 minutes with virtually little or no post migraine hangover. Even some of my long attacks, go away with almost no after effects too. Over the past 9 months, I have been taking vitamin b2 and magnesium. About a month ago, I have introduced butterbur into my treatment plan. Most of my long attacks have usually started with a tiny pinpoint of colorful zigzags and that pinpoint eventually billowed out and grew into a massive shimmering zigzag cloud that nearly covered my entire field of vision. Later, I would get socked by the headache. I was wondering if anyone has experienced these very truncated attacks and perhaps if anyone had an idea why some of the attacks are so short now?
