That's a great question, but a bit complicated. The thing is what may potentially trigger an attack for me, won't for you and vice versa. We're all so different when it comes to living with migraine disease. What I can do is share a link that has information on foods and migraine; https://migraine.com/search?s=foods.

This is a good question and like said it's very individualized. We encourage folks who are interested in learning more about their individual food and drink triggers to try an elimination diet in order to learn what sets you off. Going through the process helps you figure out what to avoid. I did an elimination diet and learned that avoiding dairy, gluten, sugar, and alcohol gives me the best chance at avoiding triggering an attack. Here's some information about how to do an elimination diet if you are interested: https://migraine.com/blog/whats-elimination-diet-manage-one. Let us know what additional questions you have or what you learn as you move forward in your own process. Warmly- Holly -migraine.com team

Hoping this is helpful. As Holly and Nancy state, foods/diet "is very individualized" when it comes to migraines. Hoping you get a chance to create a food log and use the elimination diet to help assist you in your journey. Rebecca (community moderator)
