Unfortunately, most employers lack any understanding of what migraine sufferers face. Ihad botox for a while and it didn't help enough to keep going back. I have the right eye pain, light bothers, pain at base of my neck. I would be seriously nausiated. It would last for days. I would also get dizzy and any noise hurt my head. Then a few years ago my neurologist started me on a once a month injectable called Adjovie. I went from 6-8 migraines a month to maybe 1 or 2 in a 6 month time period and they didn't last as long. I also use Zomig nasal spray as my rescue when I do get one and I am helped in 10 - 20 minutes. I do feel your pain and it is very dibilitating.
