"I am a senior, 66 yo, had migraines 30+ years, gradually getting worse & now daily headaches. I see a team of Drs including a pain Dr & my pain medication is Vicodin 3 times a day. I have a lot of trouble with this covering the pain but I am told to try "natural" methods to help relieve my pain. I had tried that before I sought a pain Dr and I was unable to get relief. Not in a good situation but yes, going to work on going to a heated pool etc. "
