"I am new to this website but after many years of off and on migraines from the age of 4, my migraines have returned with a ferocious impact. I have had some of the worst pain in 30-40 years with sharp one sided lightning bolt pains and neck pain also. They were severe for 3 weeks every single day but would come and go throughout the day. I was unable to drive or do most anything. I was unable to complete an MRI scan but did have a CT with some abnormalities in "vessels" which I may have had since birth. Imitrex did help but left me feeling like a zombie and was not really a good idea with my coronary artery disease as well as some coronary issues. I appreciate this opportunity to vent and discuss this malady which I had thought I had "outgrown" after all these years. Still not sure why it returned or how to deal with it so I do appreciate any tips or advice. Thanks to all Buni"
