My teen daughter is scheduled for Botox this week with her neurologist in Dallas. The price is $1600. We have no insurance.

I get Botox injections from a specialized headache center in the Bronx, NY. Due to my deductible this year, I had to pay for the first Botox injection out-of-pocket and I think it was $1400 for the medication only. I don't remember what the headache center - or the doctor's fees were.
