Alcohol=headache
Being retired, I no longer get work related stress migraines. They were so bad, they caused an outbreak of my herpes virus a day or two after migraine left. Thank God for getting older, I guess.
These days, its a drink of alcohol. One drink; that is a beer, glass of wine or cocktail. I stress ONE! Headache occurs an hour or two after that drink. Thanks for a half of Sumitriptan.
