Aortic and Splenic Infarction Symptoms

After successfully taking Ajovy for seven months, I had a severe reaction in April 2020. Two hours after taking the injection I had severe chest pain from my shoulders to my hips, with pain center under my left breast. Because of COVID, I waited until the next day to go to the ED at the local hospital. I was told I had vascular disease with aortic involvement. I was diagnosed with splenic infarction. A review of an old chest CT scan revealed I had a previous insult to the spleen in 2017. I was told to take baby aspirin. I have stopped taking Ajovy. I am waiting for 6 more weeks to see a cardiologist. Of course, the intractable migraines are back. Has anyone else had a similar experience? This is painful, frustrating if not scary.
