Found My Trigger – Complete Relief At Last

I suffered from migraines for decades, but in recent years they were getting worse and more frequent.

I was starting to have them twice a week and would last a couple days, moving from one side of my head to the other the next day.

To cut a long story short, I stopped drinking anything with caffeine in it, and they went away completely. I got some immediate relief, but it took a couple months for them to totally disappear.

I miss my morning cup of coffee, but I don’t miss the pain, nausea, sensitivity to light and all the rest my horrible migraine symptoms. I can drink decaf now, but I don’t very often, why bother? So long Starbucks!

    I’m glad to see you’ve discovered one of your triggers! Caffeine is an issue for me too. And yes, I dearly miss my one cup of coffee each morning. Herbal tea just doesn’t have the same feel.

    i have to agree with your perspective on caffeine although my potential trigger is alcohol. my migraines are so bad ive mostly refused alcohol my whole life for fear of a migraine. caffeine only hurts me if i dont have it, yea i know, but i havent missed work in 5 years or been to the ER for migraine. im glad you found relief, which to me no pain=better than any drugs they have!
