Found My Trigger - Complete Relief At Last

I suffered from migraines for decades, but in recent years they were getting worse and more frequent.

I was starting to have them twice a week and would last a couple days, moving from one side of my head to the other the next day.

To cut a long story short, I stopped drinking anything with caffeine in it, and they went away completely. I got some immediate relief, but it took a couple months for them to totally disappear.

I miss my morning cup of coffee, but I don't miss the pain, nausea, sensitivity to light and all the rest my horrible migraine symptoms. I can drink decaf now, but I don't very often, why bother? So long Starbucks!
