Chronic Migraines, Severe Head Injury and Bipolar

I had a head injury in 2002 and I've been suffering from Chronic Migraines/Cluster headaches/Ice Pick Headaches and I'm also Bipolar. I can't function, I've had several CT Scan's done and also a Lumbar Puncture, but when I had the LP done I received a staph infection.

I don't know what else to do, I have daily headaches and about 3-5 days a week I have migraines, this is no way to live any help would be nice.
