   <p>Hello. I am so sorry you are in that much pain and not able to get medicine. There are some articles on this site for self-care that may help you. One thing that helps me is to put an ice pack on the back of my neck/head area. Sometimes I move the ice pack to the right side of my head because the pain can be bad behind my ears of all places! Making sure to drink plenty of water when you are not nauseated is another self-care tip that really helps. I also find meditation or mindfulness slow breathing can help me get through the worst pain - and that is with medicine. I hope you can get to a doctor soon to get the medicine and help that you need. Stay in touch.</p>

   <p>Soaking my hands and feet in very warm water brings me relief. I also take peppermint oil and mix it with body lotion, which I apply to the back of my neck and temples. There have been times that just these two simple things have really helped me! I used to get migraines a lot, but have realized my triggers and stay away from those foods now. Acupuncture is also a big help. I hope you find peace from migraine soon Yesenia!</p>
