They can be hard to nail down and what&#39;s even more frustrating is they can change over time!! Have you had a chance to keep a detailed migraine diary recently? People with migraine (a genetic neurological disease) seem to have overly sensitive brains that thrive on routine. Routines that include keeping a regular sleeping schedule, staying hydrated and not skipping meals. Those are my big three, but there a many other things that can contribute to an attack. You mentioned weather triggered migraine.
