Long Term Headaches

Until I retired and moved to Northern Utah my headaches were livable. While working I was able to go mountain or road biking with a few of my colleagues several times a week. My headaches were common but never debilitating.

Migraine life in retirement

Since retiring and moving to Cache Valley Utah (yes it is a beautiful place) my headaches/migraines have become a constant companion. My ability to focus on a task is at best challenging and at worst not possible. Medical "help" has been "take 2 Tylenol and wait for" kind of response, ignoring my situation.

I am looking forward to some help from this website since medical help has been useless to me.
