My first migraine

Today i got my first migraine i have ever had in my life .

I do have to say that it was the most uncomfortable thing that has ever happened to me and i wish that it never happens again it made my hands go numb my mouth went numb i was vomiting i have 3 kids and trying to take care of them in that condition does not work i also do not feel safe driving this way i just wish i knew what was causing this i hate it !
