Constantly Looking for Light at End of Migraine Tunnel

In childhood when I first got migraines I didn't understand them and thought I was dying. As I've grown into adulthood, migraine has become a major theme in my life. I've worked with multiple neurologists and have seemingly tried everything out there such as propanolol, Midrin, Migranal, Botox, Aimovig, Gabapentin, Topiramate, Valporic Acid, Verapamil, and more.

Finding some relief

None of these has successfully worked for me. Excedrin Migraine used to help but my body has grown intolerant of NSAIDs. I find limited success in taking Amitriptyline. The best success I've had is using Sumatriptan to abort migraine. Recently I started taking Pregabalin for abdominal pain (didn't work) and it surprisingly has improved my migraine condition such that I can take less abortive medicine.

It all seems like a long journey trying to live with while constantly trying to get rid of migraine. It seems there is no silver bullet out there for me and many other sufferers.
