Like Living With A Bad Roommate
My migraines started when I hit puberty at about age 13. Living with migraine and trying to work can be really tricky. Most people think migraines are just headaches which is not true. I'm told just take an aspirin.
Migraine triggers
My triggers are heavy perfumes and smells. And of course, light sensitivity is also a huge trigger. When driving to work in the morning I'll know if it's going to be a bad day if the sun's rays bounce off the metal on cars and if it starts to bother me, I know it's going to be a bad day.
Hopefully one day there will be a cure for this disabling disease I fight with every day.
