All in one migraine symptom reliever?

Hey y'all! I was wondering if anyone here knew or had advice for finding the best solution to relieve migraine symptoms

Thanks!

  1. Hi rahasbun,

Thanks for being part of the community, we're glad you're here! While other members may yet share their personal experiences and tips, please know that the expression and treatment of migraine is very individualized. We highly recommend that you consult with your doctor.

I hope you find something useful within these forums as well 😀 Warmly, Donna (Migraine.com team)

    1. Getting a good night's sleep is very important to me. I cannot sleep unless I take my medicine, so I try to be careful to do that. Once I found what works for me, I learned to stick with it and not try new things. Getting over heated, over exerting myself, or getting overly stressed makes me sicker. So, avoiding those things is critical for me. Running the a/c colder is expensive, but I find it a necessity. It's a trial and error thing, and I hope you will soon find ways to help yourself to feel better.

      1. After years of searching for something that works to end migraines I found the answer in an unexpected place. There is a book called The Mindbody Prescription by John Sarno. It was originally written for back pain but it works for all chronic pain. You must keep an open mind but IT WORKS!

If you look at the reviews on Amazon for this book and for his book, Healing Back Pain, you will see that thousands of people have gotten rid of their pain this way. You can read either book because it's the same technique.

The reviews are a good place to start because they are just regular people you can relate to. Also, there's a youtube video of an old 20/20 episode that shows how works. Also, Dr Sarno's interview with Howard Stern is excellent.

I started feeling better right away. I had tried everything. Just try it!
