Acupressure Mats and Migraine

Have you seen acupressure mats buzzing around ads on your social media feed? I have, so I decided to see what the buzz is about. Here’s my review.

What acupressure mats?

In short, the downside to them, is that they’re not as effective as in person acupuncture appointments and they are uncomfortable to lay on. The benefit, however, is that it’s a tool that you have available at any time in the comfort of your own home to help address tension. Another big perk is that you may find them covered under your flex spending account, so you can help to save money there too! I’m curious to know, what’s your experience with them? If you’ve tried these mats, would you recommend it?
