Better Sleep with Essential Oils
Sleep is key to better health, but especially better migraine management for me. Generally speaking, I’m a good sleeper. I fall asleep easily and aside from a bathroom break or two, I sleep straight through the night.
Sleep routine out of sync
I attribute it to a good bedtime routine and environment – cool, dark room with lavender essential oils diffused in the air.

But recently, my sleep got completely out of sync, so I needed to up the ante. I heard a lot of buzz about vetiver essential oils, so I gave it a try. I put two drops on the soles of my feet before I snuggled into a bed and it was a game changer for me.
