My Experience with the Nerivio Migraine Device
For the first time ever I have found a non-medication option that helps abort my migraine attacks. I'd love to share my experience using a medical device called Nerivio, an armband you can wear for 45 minutes at the onset of your migraine attack. This is a story of how self-education is so important, as I learned about the device at a migraine conference, and asked my doctor to prescribe it for me. I hope you find the video helpful!

Also, since I filmed this video, I saw that Nerivio was approved for migraine prevention as well, although I have not used it for this purpose.
