Ringing in the New Year Without Alcohol
Last updated: January 2022
Many of us are getting ready to ring in the New Year. We celebrate as we raise a glass with our family and friends. But what if that celebratory glass of champagne could trigger a headache for us?
Who wants to start the New Year off with a migraine? Not me!
That’s why it can be helpful to have some non-alcoholic alternatives on hand.
Here’s a look at my top three pics.
- Sparkling Apple Cider
- Seltzer Water
- Fever-Tree Ginger Beer
You can pour them in a champagne flute, wine glass, or whatever makes you feel most festive.
This gives you an opportunity to raise your glass to a New Year AND good health!
