What to Eat During Migraine
When you’re in the midst of a migraine you may not have the best appetite. In fact, you may be flat out nauseous at the idea of eating like I was with my worst migraines. Yet I knew if I didn’t have something, I would become too dehydrated and weak, ending up back in the emergency room.
These are some “foods” that I found easy to consume during a migraine and helped keep me nourished until the migraine passed.
- Bone Broth
- Gelatins
- Ginger tea
