Migraines cause 24/7 eye strain?

I think the fatigue many of us experience with migraine disease can manifest itself in all types of bodily systems. I wouldn't think it's a stretch to say you experience it in your eyes at all. My husband suffers from photophobia and that alone puts stress and fatigue on his eyes.
