Does allodynia apply to the rest of your body?
I’m sensitive to light touch everywhere, especially my head. Poking and tickling cause spikes in my headache. I can’t wear lose flowing clothes because the light touch makes me feel sick. Is this all allodynia?

. Interesting question! Allodynia is most commonly centered around the scalp, but the American Migraine Foundation has said that it refers to the experience of pain from things that wouldn't normally cause pain, like gentle contact. Check out this link for more info:
