Hey. Me again. Sorry to ask yet another question but was woken out of my sleep by yet another migraine today. Laid there for 60 min until Advil kicked in. Has anyone tried Nerivio? Cefaly? Ty!

No need to apologize, MK2019! This community is here to be a resource! We have several articles about Cefaly that you might be interested in perusing:
https://migraine.com/?s=Cefaly
Additionally, this article from NeurologyLive offers information and a comparison of all four neuromodulation devices that are currently FDA approved.

As with any treatment, how a person responds is unique to that individual. Some in the community have found neuromodulation devices helpful in managing migraine symptoms, and others have not. Please let us know if you decide to try one and about your experience! Wishing you a gentle day. ~Allyson (Migraine.com team)

Hey there, MK2019! Never feel bad about asking questions -- that's what the site is all about and what we're here for! 😀 You keep us occupied!
We have a lot of content about Cefaly on the site. I pulled a couple articles I thought you might like. Not much on Nerivio yet that I could find -- maybe someone will chime in!

Hi MK2019,
I use both Cefaly and Nerivio. Cefaly I use at night for migraine prevention and Nerivio to stop a migraine attack.
I find them both helpful in my migraine management regime and like having non-pharmacological options.
I hope that helps!
Nancy
