Can’t resist pinching forehead

It doesn’t happen very often, but when the migraine is intense and the triptan is not working, while I have to wait for my pain killer to kick in so that the pain goes down a little, I just can’t resist pinching my forehead hard. It distracts my self from the pain inside my head and It kind of help to stay reasonable until the codeine kinds in a little.

Am I the only one to do so ? I have not read about this anywhere ?

  1. Hi chantrelle,

Thank you for your question and being part of our discussion forum!

When I have a particularly bad migraine attack, I often pinch my neck and shoulders to help ease the pain. I've also heard of people pinching their forehead, so you're not alone!

Hopefully others will be along shortly to share their experience with you!
