With chronic daily headache I have a headache every day that never goes away. Sometimes for a moment before truly waking there is a pleasant/non-headache feeling before becoming fully conscious. After I am awake, except for taking a nap, there is no ceasing my pain.
When it comes to bad weather, drops in barometer, heat waves or little sleep, I have a diagnosed "migraine" as the headache is more painful, becomes more of a sinus pressure, ans nausea creeps along.
This has been happening for the past five years. I have been trying to stop meds, because I have almost given up, and am trying to relax my forehead evey chance I get, to stop causing excess stressful tension during working hours.
At this point I have no hope. I eat to keep my mind occupied on something fun, but that nevers lasts long.
