Concentration headaches

Trying to do physical tasks especially reading and that's with glasses on.poor motivation

  1. I feel the same. Reading is fundamental to me and I don't need glasses, but it has become exhausting for me. I try to do it when I'm ok, but it's not enough.

    1. I hear you! Sometimes even the most mundane tasks are exhausting. How are you feeling today? Nancy Harris Bonk, Patient Leader/Moderator Migraine.com Team

  2. I also get a sore head from the smallest things like resting my head and thinking about things that are everyday things that are normal day living and I'm not stressed.

    1. Dealing with migraine can be exhausting ... it affects us in so many different ways. The fatigue makes us feel as if we are dragging around 50+ more pounds, wearing us down, and having us feel extremely poorly motivated to do normal activities. I cope with this also. There are just days I can't even pick up a book. So I rest and try to replenish my store of motivation, energy, and light. I actually slept pretty much all day yday, and even rested well last night. I am just so tired lately as I cope with migraine pain and fatigue. Hoping you can rest, become more motivated, and then focus on activities that are important to you. Sending wellness your way. 1. The Dr has put me on mersyndol through the day and propanolol before bed seems to help for those morning headache hangovers early days yet though.

        1. That sounds promising! I'll cross my fingers that it continues to help. Thanks for keeping us updated! -Melissa, migraine.com team
