Dental mouth guard

Has anyone been to the dentist and they said you grind you teeth you would benefit from wearing a mouth guard….well I got one I’m in remission from my migraines after 46yrs of severe migraines 15 to 18 days a month. I have not had one migraine 94 days today it’s a miracle

  1. Hi
What wonderful news! Thank you so much for sharing this with us. We've heard from others who find relief wearing a mouthguard. Teeth grinding can definitely trigger a nasty migraine attack!
A number of years ago my dentist fitted me with a mouthguard which I promptly cracked. We tried again with the same result!
Please keep us posted on how you are doing and I'm sending you wishes for continued success!

    1. Hi there, - your post is a reminder to me to continue my recommended treatment plan. I have one but ... it has been put in a drawer on my nightstand. I have TMD/TMJ and grind horribly. Told nothing more could be done, I opted in for the mouthpiece. I found it helps the pain and migraines about 20% of the time, so I think after a while I unconsciously decided it was too much of an inconvenience to use nightly. I'd be better off not thinking like this, and continuing with what has been recommended to me through doctors and dentists bc even the slightest of relief helps. So glad to hear you've gotten such great results with your mouthpiece ... 94 days of being migraine free is WONDERFUL! Thanks for sharing. Wishing you continued relief. Rebecca (team member)

      1. no I wash it in the morning with toothpaste and brush it clean, put it in box on my nightstand…it’s all set for bedtime 👍🏼

      2. that sounds nice and easy! Thanks for sharing.
