There's one small NIH study where exercising 40 min, 3x (bike) a week reduced migraines just as well as "as much topiramate as the patient could tolerate up to 200 mg". I've just started trying to exercise that much (for me I can't do 40 min of cardio at a time yet, so I'd have to do 30 min 4-5x a week). Has anyone tried this and found it to be "just as good" as topiramate?
